• Not engage in fraudulent clicking or artificial traffic generation
• Not upload malicious, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Report any suspicious activity or policy violations

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to generate fake clicks
• Upload copyrighted content without permission
• Share links containing malware, viruses, or harmful content
• Engage in spam or unsolicited promotional activities
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
• Manipulate or attempt to manipulate the payment system
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security

5. Payment Terms

Payment conditions:

• Rate: $1 USD per 1000 legitimate views
• Processing: Within 24 hours of payment request
• Method: PayPal only
• Minimum Payout: $5 USD
• Currency: USD only
• Taxes: Users responsible for their own tax obligations

We reserve the right to withhold payments for suspicious activity, fraudulent clicks, or violation of terms.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent or suspicious activity
• You upload inappropriate or illegal content
• Your account remains inactive for over 12 months
• We receive legal requests to do so

Upon termination, any pending payments may be forfeited, and access to the platform will be revoked.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant Sub2Lock a license to:

• Display and process your images through our platform
• Create shortened links for your content
• Provide analytics and statistics

Sub2Lock retains all rights to its platform, technology, and brand materials.

8. Platform Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Sub2Lock does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service availability
• Error-free platform operation
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers
• Specific earnings or view counts

Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sub2Lock's liability is limited to the amount paid to you in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for:

• Lost earnings or business opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Third-party actions or content
• Force majeure events
• Changes in social media platform policies

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which includes:

11. Changes to Terms
